Amy Hammeke, Facebook Facilitator, does an excellent job of keeping everyone informed of activities, latest books, and important information. Some of our most viewed posts involve former teacher, Mike Westerman.

The latest post Amy shared is one Ellinwood can be proud of: “The Underground of Ellinwood” is a student documentary produced by FHSU student John Billinger, an EHS alumni. It recently received a Mark of Excellence Award for Region 7 (Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska) by the Society of Professional Journalists for Feature Videography. Congratulations to John and thanks to him and those who helped preserve this Ellinwood History for all to enjoy.
