Larned High School inducted their new National Honor Society members on Thursday night, May 2, in the LHS choir room with a reception following in the LHS student lounge. 

NHS president Erin Tims welcomed their guests, and current members presided over a candlelight ceremony which emphasized the four areas that are required for NHS membership: Scholarship, Service, Leadership, and Character.

Current members are Erin Tims, President; Isabella Bailey, Vice President; Clara Shaver, Secretary; Jimmy Gardner, and Madeline Hamrick.

New members are Landon, Haney, Corbyn Nance, James Seeman, David Colglazier, Emma Corman, Yasmine Evers, Maggie Haas, Cassie Mary, Keirstin Pinkston, Leah  Pinkston, Gillian Smith and Addison Townsend. Chris Scheideman serves as Larned’s NHS sponsor.
