The Stafford County Board of County Commissioners met on Wednesday in the Commission Room in the Annex. Commissioner Wycoff called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. Present: Todd Wycoff, Jim Stanford, and Bryce Garner.

Shelby Zuniga and McKinley Phillips with Sunflower Diversified joined the Commissioners to present their budget request. They went over their programs and what they offer to area families with the Early Childhood services.

Vanessa Cornwell, County Treasurer, joined the meeting. At the request of Cornwell, Commissioner Garner moved, and Commissioner Stanford seconded, to recess to executive session for 15 minutes pursuant to non-elected personnel. Those present: Commissioners, County Treasurer, County Attorney, Deputy County Clerk; in at 8:50 a.m., out at 9:05 a.m.

Carl Miller, County Appraiser, joined the meeting. Commissioner Garner moved, and Commissioner Stanford seconded, to recess to executive session for 10 minutes pursuant to non-elected personnel. Those present: Commissioners, County Appraiser, Deputy County Clerk; in at 9:17, out at 9:27.

During the meeting payroll vouchers and checks were reviewed and signed from the following funds:

General: $263,192.39

Rural Fire: $8,429.81

Noxious Weed: $4,403.18

Appraiser: $13,376.92

Solid Waste: $4,891.83

EMS: $35,990.77

Total: $430,910.93

The meeting was adjourned at 9:35 a.m.
