Betty J. (Lawrence) Hickel will celebrate her 90th birthday on Tuesday, Oct. 15, with a family dinner the following Saturday. Helping her celebrate will be her children Steve (Dorian) Hickel, Janell (Doug) Hubbard, Rick (Dawnya) Hickel, Doug (Karen) Hickel, David (Cheryl) Hickel, Kyle Hickel, all of Claflin; June (Jeff) Halliwill, Wichita; Curtis Hickel (Great Bend); and Janine (Kirby) Dutton (El Dorado), along with her 24 grandchildren and 43 great grandchildren.
