Senior Spotlight is Bella Baker

Bella is a senior at EHS. Her parents are Terry and Lisa Gross and Bob Baker. The book she would recommend is “The Notebook,” just because it’s her favorite. Bella’s favorite quote is, “Embrace each challenge in life as an opportunity for self- transformation” - Bernie Siegal.

Ellinwood High School has a special place in Bella’s heart because her entire family went here too. Four generations on both sides of her family. Not only does she love it because it’s where her family grew up, but it’s where she did too. She grew friendships and formed relationships here.

She had big successes and many downfalls in this building. She says it’s most special to her because of the people. She’s known these people for the greater part of her life and she’s loved having the opportunity to grow up with them at EHS.

Bella’s plan after graduation is to work throughout the summer and move to Manhattan in the fall and attend Kansas State University. She would like to major in pre-physical therapy. Bella’s favorite class currently is Sports Medicine, because she really enjoys learning about what she will be studying in college. We wish Bella a great year in her senior chapter!
