Leila J. (Miller) Messick of Great Bend will celebrate her 90th birthday with a cake and ice cream reception from 2-4 p.m. on Aug. 23, 2019, at the Brookdale Assisted Living facility, 1206 S. Patton Road in Great Bend. Friends and family are invited to help celebrate this milestone birthday with her. 

Leila was born on Aug. 23, 1929, in Hollis. She lives in Great Bend with her husband Jack. Leila has two children, Jay D. Miller (Karole) of Great Bend and Yvonne L. Mitchell (Dale) of Omaha, Neb.
