Miller to visit LWV Tuesday

League of Women Voters of Great Bend will meet at noon on Tuesday at the Walnut Bowl. Enter at north doors and go through double doors on the right. 

The program will be provided by Amy Miller, director of the Barton County Emergency Management. She will be speaking on how prepared the county is for disaster aid and emergency services.

Barton County and part of the surrounding area are served. The floor will be open to questions. 

Lunch will be available from the buffet or menu. Meetings are open to the public. 

League is a non-partisan organization devoted to informing and educating the voting public on national, state and local issues of importance. Membership is open to men and women.
