1. Drink more Water

Become the catalyst for preventing COVID-19 in Kansas and our community by making these resolutions for 2021 personal, club member Rhonda Knudson said. “If not you, who? If not now, when?”

COVID-19 was declared a pandemic in March 2020 by the World Health Organization 10 long, grueling, confusing and deadly months ago. “As we approach the year anniversary of lockdowns, physical isolation, the repercussions on local small businesses and jobs, decide now that you can make a difference; be resolved to do those thing that will help beat the virus,” she said.
