UWCK Impact Grant application deadline approaches

The United Way of Central Kansas reminds local nonprofit and governmental organizations that the deadline to apply for the Impact Grant Program is Wednesday, Nov. 13.

The UWCK Impact Grant Program offers funding of up to $1,000 per year to eligible programs serving Barton and Pawnee Counties. These grants are designed to support meaningful projects that strengthen our communities in the key focus areas of United Way of Central Kansas which includes Healthy Communities, Youth Opportunity, and Financial Security.

Impact Grants fund specific programs or projects that address unmet needs, provide innovative solutions, and demonstrate measurable outcomes. 

Applicants are encouraged to request up to $1,000 for their project or program and to provide supporting details to justify their request.

Applications are reviewed twice each year, in May and November, with the total annual funding not to exceed $5,000.
