A distinguished group of nurses and health professionals were recognized on May 8 at The University of Kansas Health System’s 2025 Excellence Award ceremony.

Of the approximately 284 employees who were nominated, 20 received awards this year, including Amber Anderson, LBSW, social worker/discharge planner at the Great Bend Campus.
