STAFFORD — The public is invited to celebrate 50 years of the movie “Jaws” at 9:30 p.m. Friday, July 11, in the Stafford City Pool, 400 W. Broadway. Bring a floaty and enjoy the movie “Jaws” while floating and relaxing in the pool, in the dark. It will be open to anyone 15 years old and up, or to any 14-year-old accompanied by an adult.

People are also welcome to bring a chair and sit around the pool. Concessions will be available.

There is no admission charge but donations will be accepted for a new permanent shade structure at the pool.
