SALINA — Salina Senior Theatre Project (SSTP) will hold auditions for its spring production, “Grandmother Incorporated,” at 7 p.m. Monday and Tuesday, March 3 and 4, at the Hawthorne Clubhouse, 715 North 9th in Salina. There are four female and two male roles available

The story centers around four friends who decide to go on vacation at a friend’s cabin in the woods, but they end up at the wrong cabin – with a man tied up in the closet who they come to find out is a drug lord. The chaos ensues as they give the stranger a taste of senior vigilante justice with hilarious results.

Auditions are open to anyone 55 years of age or older regardless of theater experience For scripts or more information call 785-502-0017.

Former Great Bend resident Bob Sears founded the Salina Senior Theatre Project in 2021. He studied theater at Barton Community College and was the stage manager for the Great Bend Community Theatre production of “Nunsense.”
