The public is invited to the Barton County Planning Commission’s public hearing set for 9 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 22 at the Barton Community College, Fine Arts Building Room F-30, regarding Large Scale Commercial Solar and Non Commercial Solar Farms in Barton County.
