Kansas Highway Patrol reported a one-vehicle rollover on Aug. 22 resulted in a death in Stafford County. The accident occurred at 9:05 p.m. on NE 160th St., three-quarters of a mile west of NE 80th Ave., approximately 15 miles northeast of St. John. Adam J. Bellendir, 33, of Hudson, was driving a 2007 Ford Focus that went off the roadway and overturned multiple times. He was not wearing a seat belt. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
