Great Bend PD assisted the Barton County Sheriff’s Office with a search warrant executed at 8:54 a.m. at 101 Pine St.

Great Bend PD assisted the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office and BCSO with a transient transfer at 12:05 p.m.

A theft was reported at 7:52 p.m. at 719 Madison St.

A fraud was reported at 8:29 p.m. at 1316 Hoover St.


Barton County Sheriff

Aug. 21

A non-injury crash was reported at 4:07 a.m. at Barton Community College, 245 NE 30 Rd., Great Bend.

A non-injury crash was reported at 7:20 a.m. at E. U.S. 56, mile marker 215, Ellinwood.

A search warrant was executed at 8:54 a.m. at 101 Pine St., Great Bend.

A transient transfer from Stafford County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by BCSO at 12:05 p.m.

A warrant arrest was executed at 1:20 p.m. at Barton County Courthouse, Great Bend.

A traffic arrest was executed at 7:56 p.m. at the 600 block of E. Barton County Rd., Ellinwood.

A K-9 callout was utilized at a traffic stop reported at 8:38 p.m. at E. U.S. 56, mile marker 213, Ellinwood.

A K-9 callout was utilized at a narcotics violation reported at 11:07 p.m. at Casey’s General Store, 250 S. Main St., Hoisington.
