Great Bend Fire
Jan. 23
A shed was on fire in the back yard of a residence in the 400 block of Plum St. at 2:16 p.m.
Jan. 25
A fire was reported at 1:49 p.m. at Dog House Bar, 5609 Oil Center Road, Great Bend. Ellinwood Fire Department provided mutual aid. Firefighters vented the roof. The fire was mostly contained to the attic and rafters. Firefighters left the scene at 5:27 p.m. and returned later to check on it. The fire marshal was called to investigate and the investigation was ongoing as of Monday.
A cooking fire was reported at 2:22 p.m. in the 800 block of Grant Street. Firefighters were on-scene until 2:47 p.m.

At 8:59 p.m. they assisted another agenda at Discount Laundry, 924 Jefferson St., Great Bend.
