Jan. 31 – 5 EMS calls

Feb. 1 – 10 EMS calls, 1 smoke smell call, nothing found and 1 possible gas leak in the 2700 blk of 27th St.,  nothing found.

Feb. 2 – 6 EMS calls and 1 landfill fire at 1:57 p.m. in the 300 blk of NE 30 RD.


Great Bend Police

Jan. 31

A structure fire was reported at 8:34 a.m. at Medical Lodges, 1401 Cherry Lane. False alarm.

A domestic was reported at 9:51 a.m. in the 2500 block of Forest Ave. Notice to appear was signed and served.

K-9 Niko was called out at 12:03 p.m. for a traffic stop at 1811 Main St.

A traffic stop occurred at 1:14 p.m. at 2101 25th St. Vehicle fled, driver, Vincent Dandy, was later located in the 200 block of Hickory St. and arrested and vehicle impounded.

K-9 was called out at 2:53 p.m. to Jefferson Elementary, 2716 24th St. Niko was used on a K-9 demonstration.

Fraud was reported at 3:11 p.m. at the Great Bend Police Department, 1121 Baker Ave.

A non-injury accident was reported at 7:11 p.m. at Sutherlands, 5520 10th St.


Feb. 1

A structure fire was reported at 5:04 a.m. at 2718 A. 27th St. False alarm.

K-9 was called out at 9:31 a.m. at Great Bend Housing, 1101 Kansas Ave.

An officer complaint was reported at 9:36 a.m. at Great Bend Housing, 1101 Kansas Ave.

A case of fraud in Ford County was reported at 10:11 a.m.

A warrant arrest was executed at 5:46 p.m. in the 400 block of Main St.

A non-injury accident was reported at 7:12 p.m. in the 900 block of Williams St.


Feb. 2

A possible domestic was reported at 4:33 a.m. in the 2400 block of Coronado Ave.

A fight was reported at 3:58 p.m. in the 1900 block of Madison St.

A case of disorderly conduct was reported at 7:50 p.m. at Los Cabos Fajita House, 619 Main St.

Jan. 31

Threats/Criminal Threats were reported at 3:02 p.m. in the 100 block of SW 52 Ave.

A non-injury accident was reported at 6:55 p.m. at Outer Limits Liquor.


Feb. 1

A warrant arrest was executed at 12:32 a.m. at Barton County Detention.

A domestic was reported at 8:58 a.m. in the 2000 block of Patton Rd.

Illegal hunting was reported at 2:26 p.m. at SE 60 Ave. and SE 40 Rd.

An injury accident was reported at 5:29 p.m. at SW 100 Ave. and W Barton.


Feb. 2

A fight was reported at 1:07 a.m. at the American Legion, 117 E Santa Fe Blvd., Ellinwood.

A fire was reported at 1:55 p.m. at 350 NE 30 Rd.

A non-injury accident was reported at 6:33 p.m. at E U.S. 56 Hwy and NE 50 Ave.
