Great Bend Fire/EMS

Emergency Medical Service responded to three calls Tuesday and another call that was canceled while they were en route. There was one false alarm caused by a system malfunction. The search by the swift water rescue team that began Monday night was also completed.

Barton County Sheriff

A non-injury crash was reported at 5:54 a.m. Tuesday on North U.S. 281 and mile marker 107.

A non-injury crash was reported at 7:40 a.m. in the 200 block of SW 50 Ave.

Great Bend Police

Two vehicles collided at 11:06 a.m. Tuesday at 19th and Washington.

A non-injury crash was reported at 11:34 at the Dominican Sisters Convent, 3600 Broadway Ave.

A search warrant was issued at 2:18 p.m. at 1523 Holland St.

A fraud case was reported when someone used an individual’s identity to open utility accounts.
