Kansas Highway Patrol reports a fatal one-vehicle crash occurred at 1:49 a.m. Saturday in Pawnee County, on K-156 at mile marker 86, or 3 miles west of the U.S. 281/K-156 Junction. A 2011 Chrysler 300 driven by Jon Myles Woelk Blakely, 36, from Rozel was traveling west and left the roadway to the left, corrected, and returned to the roadway. The vehicle then overturned and came to rest in the north ditch. Blakely was not wearing a seat belt. He was pronounced dead at the scene and transported to Beckwith Mortuary in Larned.
