HUDSON — Beverly June Jones lived a life defined by love and dedication to her family and friends. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose warmth and kindness touched everyone around her.

Beverly found joy in serving others as a volunteer for Red Cross blood drives and being an active member of the Christian church. She was a homemaker, an owner of a photography studio, and a medical insurance clerk. She loved a good game of cards, had a terrific sense of humor, she enjoyed traveling, and above all, treasured time spent with those she loved. Beverly will be remembered as a devoted and cherished wife, mother, and grandmother, a loyal friend, and a steady, loving presence in the lives of many.

She is lovingly remembered by her husband, Robert A. Jones of Fort Walton Beach, Fla.; son, Bradley (Karen) Searle; daughter, Mary Ann (Kevin) Sherman; grandsons, Tyler (Jami) and Adam (Mary) Searle, and David (Kimberly) Sherman, all of Florida; granddaughter, Gina Searle Groszek (Michael) of Melbourne, Australia; step-son-in-law, Mike McGhee; step- daughters, Cathy (Mike) Lewitt and Nancy Bullard; step-grandchildren, David and Michael Oliver, Laurie McGhee and Kate Bussanmas; and her cherished great-grandchildren, Holden, Kellen, Kate, and Jackson. Beverly was preceded in death by her husband of 25 years, Donald L. Searle; husband of three years, James ‘Red’ Kaeberle; beloved daughter, Donella J. Searle; grandson, Chase A. Sherman; sisters, Imogene Means, lone Julian, Lorraine Porcellie, and Donna McAfee; brothers, Vaughn and Thaine Francis; step-daughter, Judy McGhee.

A memorial service will be held in Hudson, Kan. in the spring, at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you make a donation in her memory to the charity of your choice.
