John Michael McMullen (Mouse), 62, of Great Bend passed away on Jan. 14, 2026 in Great Bend, He was born on Nov. 27, 1963 in Great Bend to John H and Gail McMullen.

A resident of Great Bend John liked going to concerts, fishing, being with friends and traveling when he could.

He is survived by his mother, Gail McMullen of Great Bend; and five sibling, David McMullen of Great Bend, Sharon Witt and husband Emory of Salina, James McMullen and wife Lisa of Ellinwood, Christine Shectman and husband Ira of Joplin, Mo., Debra Lear and husband Tom of Dewey, Okla.; seven neices and nephews; seven great-neices and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, John H. McMullen and brother Donald Cox. 

Cremation has taken place. There will be no services. Burial will take place at a later date.

Thank you to many wonderful friends who helped him in his journey with life. You are so appreciated.
