Paul Frederick Berscheidt, 83, passed way Oct. 17, 2025, at Hays Medical Center, Hays, Kan. He was born on June 30, 1942, to Frederick and Pauline (Kimpler) Berscheidt. 

Paul is survived by daughter, Kimberly (Greg) Schenk of Great Bend; and preceded in death by his wife, Trella Ann (Scheuerman) Berscheidt; and son, Michael Berscheidt.

Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled for 10 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2025, at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, Great Bend, with Father Prakash Kola presiding. Interment will follow at Lakin Comanche Cemetery, Ellinwood. Visitation will be noon to 8 p.m., Monday, Oct. 20, 2025, with family receiving guests from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., and Vigil service at 7 p.m., all at Bryant Funeral Home.
