Peter Paul Ybarra, of Great Bend, Kansas, passed away peacefully on Dec. 15, 2025, surrounded by his family.

Peter was a devoted family man whose greatest joy in life was the love he shared with those closest to him. He cherished his role as a father, sibling, grandfather, and great-grandfather, and his deep love for family was evident in everything he did.

He leaves behind six children, eight siblings, and a large, loving family of grandchildren and great-grandchildren who will continue to carry his memory forward.

Peter was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, and his beloved wife, Wanda, whom he loved deeply.
