Please pay attention to the “SAVE” act bill that Trump sycophants have introduced in both Houses. This bill would require proof of citizenship to be presented when actually voting. In the United States ICE (who Trump wants policing polling places) has only been accepting passports and birth certificates as proof of citizenship, and sometimes not even birth certificates. 

This bill is an attempt to interfere with our elections generally but even more a method to deny married women the right to vote. Even if they brought their birth certificates to the polls, most would show their maiden names and thus they could be challenged.

The sponsors of these bills don’t care if even Republican women didn’t get to vote. They just want to prevent the vote of the largest group of voters who oppose Trump, women.

This week Pam Bondi’s DOJ can’t find the time to investigate and prosecute anybody named in the Epstein files, but can unsuccessfully file criminal charges against six members of Congress who orally stated what all our military are taught and can find time to check what Democrats are searching for in the Epstein files. In May 2024 Trump at Mar-A-Lago promised oil executives he would scrap climate laws in return for a $1 billion donation to his campaign. He just delivered by having his EPA reverse the scientific findings that are the basis regulating emissions from power plants and cars. We learned that the DOJ hired as a “trusted adviser,” Jared Wise, who was pardoned by Trump after yelling “Kill Them” at police at the Jan. 6, 2021, insurrection. Pam Bondi tells Congress they should be looking at the DOW going up instead of pursuing the Epstein files. This is exactly what Hitler did. He bragged about his economic success to mask what else he was doing and Germany and the world bought it.
