The Barton Cougar women avenged a loss to the Seward County Saints with a 66-58 Jayhawk Conference basketball victory.

The Cougars (14-15, 12-11) outscored the Saints 45-30 after halftime. Regina Donanu (22) Mary Akinde (17) and Sadie Spray (13) scored in double figures. Both Akinde and Spray came off the bench to combine for 30 points.

Seward (18-10, 14-8 Jayhawk) was led by Avery Marchino with 25 points and seven rebounds.
