NESS CITY — Otis-Bison's Destiny Mitchell earned a pair of gold medals in the high jump (5-0) and 800 meters (2:34.42) at Tuesday's Ness City track meet.

Pawnee Heights Tiger Abby Hands won the discus (103-11). Tiger Cody Holste won the 400 (56.59) and Brady Carlson won the triple jump (41-51/4).

Otis-Bison's Ismael Cortez won the shot put (47-113/4).

Runner-up medals were earned by Otis-Bison's Gavin Alloway, long jump (20-93/4) and triple jump (40-13/4) and Cougar Allie Smith was second in the high jump (4-8).

Otis-Bison's girls (60) placed fourth and the boys (63) placed fourth. The Pawnee Heights boys (37) finished fifth and the girls (26) placed seventh.
