HESSTON — Hoisington's returning state qualifier Brody Rossman (18:32.1) placed fifth in the junior class division at Thursday's Hesston Swather Special cross country meet.

Central Plains Oiler Cale Thompson (19:50.0) placed 11th in the senior class division.
