NORTH GIRLS 84, SOUTH 78 — Ellinwood all-stater Julia Schlessiger scored 17 points and hauled down 13 rebounds to spark her North girls past the South 84-78 in Sunday's Central Kansas All-Star basketball game at the Fleske Fieldhouse.
Clifton-Clyde's Sevy Wurtz (15( Ellsworth's Alexis Moore (12) and Canton-Galva's Trinity Espinoza (11) also scored in double figures for the North.
Moundridge's Cammi Unruh scored a game high 26 points with Remington's Emily O'Brien (11) and Bucklin's Karla Evans (10) scored in double digits for the South.
EAST BOYS 137, WEST 131 — Great Bend's Jacob Hall scored 18 points for the losing West team. Ell-Saline's Trey Williams scored 35 points. Hoisington's Mason Martin scored 16 point wit four 3-pointers.
The East was paced by Stanton County's David Crane with 21 points and Pratt's Arley Morrell with 20 points.
