FAIRFIELD 44, STAFFORD 41 — Fairfield's Brodie Snodgrass converted back-to-back baskets for a 40-33 lead as the Falcons held off multiple Stafford rallies for a hard fought 44-41 Heart of the Plains basketball victory.

Snodgrass (12) and Ryland Perry (10) led the Falcons (5-5).

Stafford (1-9) was paced by Jacob Simmons with 15 points and Jacon Johnson added 10 points. Point guard Jace Kreutzer played his typical well-rounded ballgame.
