WASHINGTON, D.C. (Targeted News Service)  — Murphy Tractor & Equipment, Great Bend, won a federal contract award for $16,694 from the Department of the Interior U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Falls Church, Virginia, for backhoe repairs at the Quivira National Wildlife Refuge. This was one of several federal contracts announced by federal agencies on Sept. 16 as having been awarded to companies operating in Kansas.
