Anita Taylor died December 22, 2020 in Ellinwood, KS. She was born in Plainville, KS on January 26, 1939 to Marion and Nevella (Benedick) Lumpkins. She married Ed Philbern on June 26, 1954. Anita was preceded in death by her father, Marion Lumpkins, mother, Nevella Lumpkins, brother, Bill Lumpkins and sisters Marilyn Gibson and Carolyn Clark.

She is survived by sons Luie Philbern and wife Susan of Great Bend, KS; Lonnie Philbern and Nancy of Great Bend, KS; Larry Philbern and Teresa of Bunker Hill, KS; Layne Philbern and wife Ruby of Buffalo, KS; Daughter Lori Riggs and husband Danny of Great Bend, KS; son Harold Jason Hunt and companion Matt O’Conner of Bunker Hill, KS. There are 24 grandchildren and 44 great grandchildren.

A private family service was held January 4.
