Barton shot 50% on the night as ten Cougars contributed to the scoring with five reaching double figures led by Ring Malith's 15 points on 5-of-11 shooting including 3-of-7 behind the arc.

Rejecting five Saints' shots from the defensive end, Lajae Jones' offensive production of 11 points and 12 rebounds posted the sophomore transfer's ninth double-double.

Cooper Jackson's three steals and 2-of-3 arc shooting led to a 10 point night with Myles Thompson adding nine points.

Point guard Mozae Downing-Rivers contributed five points, five rebounds and five assists to pass Cliff Moss into fifth all-time for assists.

Brent Moss and Christian Bowen-Webb scored 10 apiece and Keandre Kindell added eight for 36 bench points.

The Cougars used 8-0 and 12-0 scoring runs to build a halftime lead.
