The Cardinals (328) finished third behind Russell (314) and Hays Thomas More Prep (324) in 75 degree weather and 15 to 30 westerly wind.
Hoisington also counted 13th place Bryson Kinman (82) and Kobe Crawford (86). Kingman birdied No. 8. Crawford birdied Nos. 10 and 18. Rennick Dalton birdied No. 14.
Ellinwood's Luke Heinz (81) tied for 10th medalist honors. Eagle Austin Brack (93) birdied No. 17.
Russell (314) won the team title behind medalist Jake Mooney (68, 36-32) with five birdies.
