EMPORIA TRIANGULAR—Great Bend (19-9) ran its winning streak to 10 matches with victories over No. 3 state-ranked 2A Hillsboro, 25-18, 25-18 and 5A Emporia, 20-25, 25-20, 25-12. Emporia defeated Hillsboro, 26-24, 25-18 to round out the triangular.

HESSTON TRIANGULAR—Hoisington's Kelsi Maier delivered back-to-back clutch winners for a wild finish as the Cardinals outlasted Hesston 22-25, 25-10, 27-25 with a match-ending 8-2 scoring run. As usual, Division 1 commit Sofia Simic led a comeback rally with four crucial late-match winners. Kinley Wilkens also produced a late-game winning points. Hesston led 18-10 and 23-19 before the Cardinals closed out the match.

Hoisington defeated SE Saline, 25-20, 25-21 and Hesston downed SE Saline, 25-8, 25-18.
