On Saturday, Nov. 7, Tractor Supply stores across Kansas will celebrate National Hometown Heroes Day with in-store celebrations. The event pairs community recognition with direct local giving and exclusive savings for heroes.

Each local store will make a direct $250 donation to a selected area military, veteran or first responder organization. Additional in-store activities include Touch-a-Truck, with local fire, police and emergency vehicles on-site for interactive community and family demonstrations; and “Thank-a-Hero” letter-writing stations for neighbors to share personal notes of appreciation for active-duty personnel, veterans and emergency responders.

Locally, Tractor Supply will donate $250 to the city of Great Bend.
