LA CROSSE — La Crosse tailback Hooper Castenda scored two rushing touchdowns and accounted for two other touchdowns in a 50-0 Central Prairie League football victory over St. John Friday.

Castaneda scored on 10- and 20-yard runs. He caught a 35-yard scoring pass from Marcus Thielenhaus. He completed a 15-yard touchdown pass to Hunter Hobbs.

Thielenhaus scored on 10- and 17-yard runs. The Leopards shut out the Tigers (0-3) with an attacking defensive game plan.

La Crosse (1-2) had lost to Ness City 30-22 and Kinsley 32-12.
