ELLINWOOD – Hays Thomas More Prep’s softball team (14-6) swept Ellinwood 10-6 and 13-1 to drop the Eagles to 4-12.

TMP 10, ELLINWOOD 6 (G1) – Ellinwood’s Kennedy Behnke, Morgan Shinliver, Kyndal Moore and Addison Stickney drove in runs. Shinliver singled twice. Emma Nienke, Behnke, Keighyn Dombroski singled.

Monarch Brooke Koeningsman homered, doubled and drove in three runs. Teagan Gottschalk drove in two runs.

TMP 13, ELLINWOOD 1 (G2) – Ellinwood’s Shyria Quintana homered and singled. Bennett Jacobs singled twice and Nienke singled.

Koenigsman stayed red hot with two doubles, three runs scored, a home run and four runs batted in. Reagan Allen, Halle Dreiling and Bridget Feldt each drove in two runs.
