Central Kansas Christian Academy held its school spelling bee on Wednesday. Classroom winners from grades 3-8 had the opportunity to showcase their spelling skills in a school-wide competition using the Scripps National Spelling Bee program.

Rhett Zecha, 4th grade, took home first place; Sophia Strecker, 6th grade, was runner-up; and Emma Moses 3rd grader, was the alternate.
