Great Bend First United Methodist Church awarded a total of $123,250 in scholarships to area high school seniors and college students through 29 new scholarships and 10 renewals for the 2025-26 School Year.

The Rev. Robert Selvakumar and Susan Young, lay leader of the church, presented awards to Great Bend High School seniors at their awards ceremony. Scholarships for Ellinwood High School and Hoisington High School seniors, as well as the renewals to current college students, were mailed.
