Great Bend Rec invites community to ‘Talk Golf!’ open house
lets talk golf

The Great Bend Recreation Commission is inviting community members to take part in an open, come-and-go conversation about the future of the Great Bend golf course. The event will be held on Thursday, Nov. 20, from 4:30-7 p.m. at Dry Lake Brewing, 1305 Main.

This casual gathering is designed to give residents a first look at early concept plans for potential updates to the golf course, clubhouse, and the exciting possibility of incorporating indoor pickleball – all within one location.

Attendees will have the opportunity to:

• View upcoming concept plans and layouts

• Ask questions and visit with Rec staff

• Share ideas, suggestions, and feedback to help guide future plans

“We want this to be an easy, welcoming way for our community to learn what we’re exploring and to tell us what they’d love to see,” said Great Bend Rec Enrichment Director, Garet Fitzpatrick. “Your voice matters in this next chapter.”

Residents may stop by anytime during the scheduled hours.
