Young and old could look for free Halloween costumes Saturday at the Great Bend Kiwanis Club’s annual costume exchange on the library lawn. There were costumes, wigs and other accessories. This Saturday the Kiwanis Club will present the Downtown Halloween Boo, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Jack Kilby Square. Kids can dress up and gather goodies from participating downtown businesses. The Community Trunk or Treat, sponsored by local churches, will also be on the square.
