WHITEWATER, Wis. — Shelby Johnston from Lyons, a student who is studying Biology at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, is among the scholarship recipients for the 2025-26 academic year.

Johnston won the following scholarship: Russell Schneider Educational Fund 3000.
