Pawnee County Extension will host a Basic Deer Processing Workshop at 5:30 p.m. on Dec. 12 at the J.A. Haas Building, 400 E. 18th Street in Larned. 

Wildlife Specialist Dr. Drew Ricketts will provide basic knowledge on how to field dress and process your own deer. A Caping demonstration will be provided by Travis Moos of Moos Taxidermy.
