BAT CATS 15, DODGE CITY 9 — Bat Cat Andrugh Yee stayed red hot with a triple and a 2-run homer. George McCarroll drove in two runs with three hits. Delarco Delancy scored two runs and drove in two runs.
Delancy scored on a wild pitch after he singled home McCarroll and T.J. Shaw in the first.
Kirby Orth singled home Yee after a triple. Peanut Brazzle singled home Orth and Cesar Chavira singled in Brazzle in the third. Orth singled in Shaw in the fourth.
Chavira and Dylan Sarna scored on McCarroll's double in a 5-run fifth. McCarroll scored on Yee's homer. Delancy scored on a wild pitch for a 12-6 lead.
"As leadoff batter, I see pitches and try to get on base. Things clicked tonight, which is a good feeling. Our pitchers worked out of trouble."
The Bat Cats overcame 14 walks and four wild pitches as Dodge City stranded 14 baserunners.
Dodge City's Jadin Moreno blasted a grand slam hoer off Owen Kaiser. Green also honered.
