LYONS — Great Bend's No. 1 singles Paige Stacey and No. 2 singles Gracie Hoff captured first place at the Lyons girls tennis tournament Aug. 27. The Panthers scored 13 points.

Great Bend's No. 1 doubles Maddie Siefkes/Brooklyn Reynolds and No. 2 doubles Olivia Boone/Addie Hart earned first-place medals.

In championship matches, Stacey defeated Ashland's Hayden Garmen; Hoff downed Ashland's Audry Ivey; Siefkes/Reynolds defeated Ashland's McKenna Boggs/Josie Boggs, 6-4; and Boone/Hart downed Chaparral's Tama Rozi/Liz Ricker 6-0.
