Central Kansas Partnership (CKP) invites community members to join in the spirit of generosity this holiday season by supporting local efforts through Giving Tuesday on Dec. 2. Donations can be made online at www.goldenbeltcf.org any time through Dec. 2.
CKP’s mission is to improve lives and empower individuals and families to thrive through collaboration, support, and opportunity. Contributions to the Central Kansas Partnership Foundation directly support the work of several local task forces, including:
• Youth Crew – Engaging and empowering youth to make positive choices.
• Rise Up – Supporting recovery and promoting substance misuse awareness.
• Suicide Prevention Task Force – Raising awareness and providing resources for mental health and suicide prevention.
• COPE (Community Outreach Prevention & Education) – Addressing community health and prevention needs.
• Breastfeeding Coalition – Encouraging and supporting breastfeeding families.
• Central Kansas Nonprofit Network – Strengthening local nonprofits through training and collaboration.
“Giving Tuesday is a powerful reminder of what we can accomplish together,” said a CKP spokesperson Vicki Richardson. “Every contribution – big or small – helps make Central Kansas a healthier, safer, and more connected place to live.”
