As a result of an emergency infrastructure maintenance need, the City of Hoisington will be shutting down electric service throughout the City at approximately 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 15.

The City is working with engineering staff to gather information on the duration of the outage. Officials are hoping it will be less than an hour but will provide more details when more is learned about the repair needs.
