The Great Bend Chamber had a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday for 24 Hour Laundry, located in the Great Bend Plaza, 3511 10th St. It is on the south side of the strip mall in the suite last occupied by Sally Beauty Supply. Owners Devin and Juliann Denton said the coin-operated laundry opened Nov. 14. They own two 24-hour laundries in Dodge City. The one in Great Bend features all-new Dexter-brand washing machines and dryers. Soon customers will be able to download the DexterLive app to assist with payments and monitoring the machines.
